Romanian Arbitration Journal
The Romanian Journal of Arbitration is the only publication dedicated to national and international arbitration in Romania, with a tradition of over 17 years and quarterly issues.
The International Commercial Arbitration Court of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania is the oldest commercial arbitration institution in Romania, having been established in 1953 and with over 70 years of activity.
