Romanian Arbitration Journal

 

 The dynamics of the economy determines the dynamics of the settlement of domestic and international commercial disputes. The commercial arbitration has become a common procedure for settling disputes, which is preferred to other ways for settling disputes.

 

    Structured in three parts and coordinated by Mr. Radu Bogdan Bobei, PhD, arbitrator, lawyer and lecturer on law, the Romanian Arbitration Journal approaches current issues of "Romanian and foreign arbitration”. 

 

     The first part, entitled “Studies, Articles, Commentaries”, comprises the contributions of famous authors from the area of expertise of the commercial arbitration. 

 

      The second part, entitled "Arbitral Jurisprudence", highlights the latest trends of the Romanian arbitral practice, from a huge variety of law expertise.

 

       The third part, entitled “Varia", is dedicated to the highlighting of the most important congresses, conferences, organized in the field of domestic and international commercial arbitration. At the same time, the main arbitration journals all over the world are being reviewed.
