     The dynamics of the economy determines the dynamics of the settlement of domestic and international commercial disputes. In the context of the current economical challenges, traders are more and more aware of the advantages of ADR and many lawyers include commercial arbitration in their professional area of expertise.

     Edited by the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania, coordinated by Dr. Radu Bogdan Bobei, arbitrator, lawyer and lecturer on law, under the supervision of a highly qualified scientific council, and with correspondents from over 20 countries, the Romanian Arbitration Journal approaches current issues of Romanian and foreign arbitration.

    The first part, entitled “Studies, Articles, Commentaries”, comprises the contributions of famous authors from the area of expertise of the commercial arbitration. 

    The second part, entitled "Arbitral Jurisprudence", highlights the latest trends of the Romanian arbitral practice, from a huge variety of law expertise.

        The third part, entitled “Varia", is dedicated to the highlighting of the most important congresses, conferences, organized in the field of domestic and international commercial arbitration. At the same time, the main arbitration journals all over the world are being reviewed.
